"Tee Off for Tyler"
at Westfield's Golf Course
Nicholas and Melissa Philopena had a baby boy, Tyler Jacob, on June 17, 2009. Tyler was happy and healthy until October 3, 2009 when he was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis (TS).
TS is a rare chronic genetic disorder with no cure. It affects all organs of a person's body, mainly the brain and kidneys. Tyler has sets of multiple tumors on his brain, heart and kidneys right now however, more can grow over the course of his life time.
The main organ that is being affected right now, as a toddler, is his brain. These tumors are causing him to endure continuous seizures which fortunately medicine has been able to minimize.
Since Tyler has been diagnosed, he has been in and out of hospitals for monitoring, testing, treatment as well as weekly doctor appointments and daily developmental therapy for TS and Autism.

Since Tyler's diagnoses, the family has been in extreme financial stress to pay for Tyler's medical bills, tests, treatments, surgeries, therapy treatment, travel expenses to specialists, and Tyler's daily medication that he requires...they need your help to continue to care for Tyler. Please help him to have a normal and happy life! ♥

GOLFER FEE (outing and dinner): $140* per player
*$125.00 if registered before July 26, 2024 Early Bird!
Fee Includes: Green Fee, Cart Fee, range balls, 2 drink ticket, lunch, buffet dinner, prizes for Top 2 places, & on-course contests.
On Course Spirits and Beer provided as well as live music performed pre round.
NON-GOLFER FEE (dinner only): $30 per person - 6pm dinner- Includes buffet dinner.
Get those teams together (singles welcome)…and take advantage of the early bird discount.
PAYMENT- can be in cash or check only (sorry we can not accept credit cards due to the tax laws) Please contact Melissa Philopena for the address to mail the check! Please indicate your team names.
